This Position reports to:
System Drives Production Manager.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the end-to-end localization of new products into manufacturing, ensuring alignment with production capabilities, regulatory requirements, and quality standards.
  • Identify and implement necessary modifications to processes to support efficient and scalable localized manufacturing.
  • Proactively identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure all localized products meet required quality and compliance standards.
  • Plan and execute multiple projects simultaneously by utilizing change management skills to manage risks, meet project deadlines. Work collaboratively with stakeholders, manage phase in / phase out of changes, and ensure robust follow-through on changes to ensure success.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering and 5 years of related experience.
  • Demonstrated expertise in structured project management methodologies (PMP or Six Sigma Certification Preferred).
  • Continuous improvement mindset, result orientation and ability to work under pressure.
  • Travel requirement – 10%.
  • Candidates must already have a work authorization that would permit them to work for ABB in the US.
