Compensation: Up to $160,000 base salary plus yearly bonus.

The Senior Electrical Project Manager – Industrial leads projects from conception through completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with company standards.

• Manage all phases of electrical projects, from initial planning to final closeout.
• Develop project schedules, budgets, and work plans.
• Coordinate manpower scheduling, material procurement, and equipment needs.
• Review drawings, specifications, and project documents to understand scope.
• Serve as primary point of contact for clients, contractors, engineers, and suppliers.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure project expectations are met.
• Lead project meetings, provide updates, and resolve issues proactively.
• Prepare and manage project budgets, cost estimates, and forecasts.
• Review and approve change orders, subcontractor invoices, and progress billings; track job costs to achieve profitability targets.
• Ensure projects meet quality standards and electrical codes; maintain focus on safety and OSHA compliance.
• Conduct project walkthroughs and inspections as needed.
• Collaborate with field supervisors and electricians to coordinate daily activities and provide guidance.
• Promote a positive, team‑oriented work environment.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field preferred;
  Professional Engineer License a plus.
• 15+ years of experience preferred.
• Strong electrical background and experience designing industrial projects.
• Proficiency in CAD and ladder logic.
• Ability to design and estimate jobs from customer ideas or drawings, adjust designs based on budget, and manage projects from design to completion.
• Strong sales skills to sell projects to customers.
