Job Overview

Northwest Respiratory Services is seeking experienced Per Diem Respiratory Therapists and Registered Nurses to support our Milwaukee, WI office and surrounding area. This per diem position offers a competitive hourly rate of $30–$35, any shift, and mileage reimbursement.

• Deliver, set up, and provide instruction of home medical equipment such as oxygen concentrators, liquid oxygen systems, BiPAP, CPAP, overnight or continuous oximetry, humidity systems, suction devices, and pediatric setups.
• Provide routine equipment maintenance, proper use instruction, safety cleaning, and ongoing education to clients.
• Schedule and conduct staff in‑services on respiratory equipment at skilled nursing facilities.
• Serve as a resource to referrals, physicians, clients, and NRS staff, and assist with troubleshooting equipment.

• Current RT, RN, or LPN license in Wisconsin and any other required states.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a motor‑vehicle records check and drug test.
• Strong interpersonal and customer‑service skills, excellent organizational and communication ability.
• Ability to work independently with home‑care experience preferred.

In‑house training on Northwest Respiratory Services equipment, mileage reimbursement, and eligibility for a 401K plan.
