Bring the fun to Sunset Woods! Activities Assistant Wanted ✨

You’ll be the right‑hand to our Activities Director, helping craft a dynamic, fun‑filled calendar that sparks joy and encourages resident leadership across all care levels. From planning and leading activities to handling some administrative tasks, you’ll be at the heart of resident engagement and happiness.

• Helping design and roll out activities that cater to every resident’s interests
• Promoting and encouraging resident participation (you’re their hype person!)
• Leading fun programs and activities with enthusiasm and creativity
• Supporting resident leaders to foster pride and involvement
• Assisting with calendars, sign‑up sheets, and ordering supplies
• Getting residents involved in community events and projects
• Occasionally driving residents to events using company vehicles (if applicable)

• Energetic, friendly, and bursting with enthusiasm and imagination
• A clear communicator and a great listener with empathy for others
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge about the physical and emotional aspects of aging is a bonus
• Ability to motivate and positively inspire residents every day
