Overnight Caregiver – Home Instead

We are hiring focused, compassionate Overnight Caregivers to support seniors in maintaining their independence and quality of life. Our Care Professionals work one‑on‑one with clients across Waukesha and Southern Milwaukee Counties.

• $18–$20/hr (Oconomowoc, Hartland, Pewaukee, Sussex, Mukwonago, Dousman)
• $14–$17/hr (Brookfield, Menomonee Falls, Greendale, Greenfield, Franklin, Hales Corners, Oak Creek, Bay View, Waukesha)
• $300 Signing Bonus
• $100 bonus after 100 hours; $200 bonus after 500 hours

• Flexible schedules – days, evenings, weekends, overnights, 24‑hour shifts

• Clear spoken and written English
• Ability to lift/push/pull 25 lbs and perform physical assistance
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
• Background check, DMV check, and drug screen
• Ability to adapt to various living environments
• Friendly, compassionate communication style
• Willingness to withstand exposure to cleaning solutions and environmental hazards
