Outpatient - freestanding clinic - Scope of Work:
Treating both scheduled and walk-in work-related injuries and urgent care patients in an outpatient clinic setting. - Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: active, unrestricted WI license, Board Cert, DEA, BLS, DOT Cert required.
- EMR:
Allscripts - Pay Rate Preferred: $75-80/hr.
