Position Summary

The Medical Assistant or LPN will support a designated provider in a busy outpatient clinic setting. Responsibilities include patient rooming, clinical support, vaccine administration, and patient education. This role is ideal for candidates seeking a stable weekday schedule with no weekends, holidays, or on‑call requirements.

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of clinic experience (MA or LPN)

• First‑time travelers accepted

• Traveler with 1 year experience accepted

Patient Population

• Newborns to adults

• Majority adult patients (~88%)

• Routine and acute care visits

• Limited pediatric vaccinations

Patient Volume

• Approximately 14 patients per provider per day

Required Certifications

• BLS (MA & LPN)

• CMA certification not required for MA

• Active LPN license (for LPN candidates)

Required Skills & Competencies

• Patient rooming and intake

• Vital signs and weight measurement

• Vaccine administration

• Medication and medical history review

• Patient education

• EPIC experience required (Ambulatory EPIC)

Unit Support & Resources

• 7 Patient Service Representatives (PSRs)

• On‑site laboratory (no phlebotomy required from MA/LPN)

• Dedicated Triage/Resource Nurse

• Clinic management support

Charting & Technology

• Ambulatory EPIC EMR (required)

• None

Orientation

• 1‑week orientation

Scheduling

• No weekends

• No holidays

• No on‑call

    Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday
  • 7:30 AM – 11:30 AM:
