Location:
16875 W. Ryerson Rd., New Berlin, WI 53151 (with travel to other Therm Tech locations in Waukesha and New Berlin).
Hours:
Monday – Friday 7 AM – 3:30 PM.
Salary: $23.00 – $26.00 per hour.

Job Duties & Responsibilities- Recruitment & Posting: Administer the Careers page; keep job postings accurate and up‑to‑date; partner with internal managers to ensure job descriptions reflect current role requirements; screen applications, conduct phone screens, and schedule interviews with candidates and interview panels.
- Employee Development & Retention: Coordinate the mentor program, tracking mentor participation and program outcomes; assist with employee training logistics and individualized development plans; conduct exit interviews and capture feedback to improve retention.
- Community & Pipeline Building: Develop relationships with technical colleges, high schools, and equivalent programs to create a pipeline of new talent; partner with military and veteran services to increase veteran representation; liaise with staffing agencies as needed to supplement candidate flow.
- General HR Support: Provide ad‑hoc assistance to the HR Generalist and other team members; perform other HR duties as directed (e.g., updating internal systems, preparing reports).
- Applicants must be legally entitled to work in the United States (citizen, lawful permanent resident, non‑resident authorized to work without Therm Tech sponsorship). Therm Tech does not sponsor visas.
- Position must satisfy ITAR (DSP‑5) compliance: candidates must be a lawful permanent resident or a protected individual. Employment of foreign persons will be contingent on receiving the DSP‑5 license from the US State Department.
- All hires are contingent upon a 9‑panel hair follicle drug test & background check.
- May be required to work overtime or any shift, including weekends.
- Must be able to work in a standing position for extended periods in a non‑climate controlled industrial environment.
- Ability to bend, pull, stoop, and reach to perform functions.
- Capable of lifting and carrying at least 25‑pound objects throughout shift.
- Must be exposed to heat, fumes, noise, humidity, etc.
- Must have the cognitive and mental capacity to perform essential job functions.
- Must demonstrate ability to read, write, and communicate in the English language.
