Are you an experienced CNC Machinist who takes pride in precision, craftsmanship, and getting the job done! Candidates should have hands-on experience setting up and operating both mills and lathes. A solid understanding of G-code and CNC program editing is required, along with the ability to perform tool changes, offsets, and minor program edits to maintain part quality.

Experience with
Haas, Fanuc, or Mazak control systems is preferred. Able to work 1st shift only 6:00am-2:30pm Monday-Friday.

Key Responsibilities
  • Set up, operate, and adjust CNC mills and lathes to produce precision parts.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions.
  • Perform setups, tool changes, offsets, and minor program edits to ensure quality and efficiency.
  • Inspect finished parts using precision measuring instruments such as micrometers andipers.
  • Verify part conformance to specifications and maintain tight tolerances.
  • Monitor machining processes and make necessary adjustments for accuracy and consistency.
  • Maintain equipment, tooling, and workstations in excellent condition.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals.
  • Follow all company safety and quality procedures.
Qualifications
  • 2–5 years of CNC setup and operation experience.
  • Strong understanding of machining practices, tooling, feeds, and speeds.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documentation.
  • Basic understanding of G-code and CNC program editing.
  • Experience with Haas, Fanuc, or Mazak controls required.
  • Proficiency using precision measuring tools.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training preferred.
  • Dependable, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently.
