This position reports to the Planning & Fulfillment Manager. You will coordinate, organize, and maintain material flow between the warehouse and production floor, ensuring that production and planning teams receive the right materials at the right time to support smooth operations and on‑time order fulfillment.

Responsibilities
  • Support ABB production team with troubleshooting material movement challenges between warehouse and production floor.
  • Train production line leaders on standard operation procedures.
  • Monitor daily communication tools and escalate overdue issues following internal guidelines.
  • Conduct ad‑hoc and periodic shop‑floor cycle counts to maintain stock accuracy.
  • Collaborate with the Warehouse Process Owner to identify and implement process improvements.
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in warehouse coordination, material flow, and supporting production/operations.
  • Bachelor’s degree or related education in Operations, Logistics, Supply Chain, or equivalent (preferred).
  • A proactive, hands‑on individual with strong logical thinking and process understanding.
  • Strong cross‑functional teamwork and communication skills, a results‑driven approach, and the ability to perform effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Candidates must have work authorization that permits them to work for ABB in the US.
