Machine Operator

At Midland Plastics, our Machine Operators work directly with our advanced, state-of-the-art thermoforming machinery. We are looking for someone who is willing to grow and learn in the position to perform skilled setups, adjustments, and troubleshooting. • Set up and adjust thermoforming machines according to production requirements
• Perform tool changes and machine calibrations
• Monitor production runs for quality and consistency
• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues promptly
• Follow all safety standards and company policies to maintain a safe, productive work environment

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude
• Basic math and measuring skills
• Minimum of 3 years of machine operator experience
• If you are interested in 2nd shift, you must be willing to train on 1st shift
• Forklift experience preferred
• Ability to regularly lift up to 50 lbs. (and occasionally up to 70 lbs.)
