At Midland Plastics, our Machine Operators work directly with our advanced, state-of-the-art thermoforming machinery. We are looking for someone who is willing to grow and learn in the position to perform skilled setups, adjustments, and troubleshooting. - Set up and adjust thermoforming machines according to production requirements
- Perform tool changes and machine calibrations
- Monitor production runs for quality and consistency
- Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues promptly
- Follow all safety standards and company policies to maintain a safe, productive work environment
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude
- Basic math and measuring skills
- Minimum of 3 years of machine operator experience
- If you are interested in 2nd shift, you must be willing to train on 1st shift
- Forklift experience preferred
- Ability to regularly lift up to 50 lbs. (and occasionally up to 70 lbs.)
