• 3‑2‑2 Rotating DAY Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• 3‑2‑2 Rotating NIGHT Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM, Monday – Friday
• Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM (Mon–Fri)
• Sign‑on bonus of $1,000.00 (rehires not eligible, cannot come through recruiting agency)

• Primary preventive maintenance on plastic blow molding machines (Mon‑Fri Maintenance Mechanic Team)
• Maintain a safety‑first attitude; follow OSHA and company safety practices (LOTO, GMP, ARC Flash, PPE, housekeeping)
• Diagnose & repair mechanical, electrical, PLC, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues on manufacturing machinery, auxiliary equipment, and robots
• Check blueprints, repair manuals, and parts catalogs as needed
• Assemble, install, or repair wiring, electrical and electronic components, pipe systems, and plumbing
• Install and repair electrical apparatus such as transformers and robots
• Coordinate with outside vendors for parts and supplies
• Perform and assist with weekly/monthly/annual preventive maintenance tasks and EHS inspections
• Repair air leaks on equipment
• Maintain neat and organized work area; comply with GMP, food safety, and food quality regulations
• Assist other teams with open tasks and projects as needed

• High school diploma or GED; minimum 5 years of related manufacturing maintenance experience and/or training
• Must be 18 years or older
• Strong mechanical aptitude; solid understanding of electrical controls, hydraulics, pneumatics
• Excellent diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Capable of working independently with little supervision
• Effective communication of equipment malfunctions and corrective actions to shift and supervisor
• Communicate regularly with co‑workers across positions; maintain high level of customer service and respect plant‑wide
• Participate in teams to drive safety, quality, production, continuous improvement, and employee relations
• Maintain respectful and professional demeanor; support facility cleanliness
• Basic computer and Microsoft Office skills
• Ability to provide own basic set of tools
• Physical: lift up to 30 lbs; dependable and on time
