This Position reports to:
Production Manager
In this role, you will be responsible for creating and managing the Master Production Schedule for High Power System Drives manufacturing in the United States, ensuring alignment with forecasted demand, inventory objectives, and customer deadlines. This role involves close collaboration with cross‑functional teams to synchronize production activities, proactively adjusting schedules to accommodate fluctuations, and driving efficiencies in resource planning to meet delivery goals while controlling costs.

This role is contributing to the Motion High Power (MOHP) System Drives (SD) Division in the United States.
Your role and responsibilities:- Collaborate cross functionally with customer service to provide appropriate delivery dates, and material planners to convert the Supply Plan into a master production schedule while successfully achieving predefined Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Optimize planning parameters in ERP and planning systems utilizing best practice sharing of inputs across the global organization.
- Facilitate the sharing of best practices, lead the continuous improvement of existing processes, and foster a data‑driven culture.
- Implement scalable business processes to deliver efficient production execution - with emphasis on proactive derisking.

Qualifications for the role- Bachelor's degree and 2 years of related experience.
- Progressive experience with scheduling within SAP (preferred).
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Demonstrated ability to work within a multi‑cultural and international environment with standard operating procedures.
- Proactivity, teamwork skills, continuous improvement mindset, result orientation and ability to work under pressure.
- Candidates must already have a work authorization that would permit them to work for ABB in the US.
