Industrial Maintenance Technician - 2nd Shift

My client is a Wisconsin‑based food ingredients manufacturer specializing in high‑quality ingredients for the ice cream, novelty, fluid dairy, bakery, and food service markets. Headquartered in New Berlin, WI, the company is known for combining food science expertise with creative product innovation.

They are seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical and electrical production equipment. This role is critical to minimizing downtime, meeting production goals, and ensuring compliance with safety, food quality, and regulatory standards.

• Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, repairs, and installations on mechanical and electrical systems
• Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment issues using schematics and testing tools
• Install and upgrade equipment to improve reliability and efficiency
• Respond to equipment breakdowns and emergency maintenance needs
• Document maintenance activities in a CMMS
• Support a clean, safe, and compliant production environment

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred
• 3-5 years of industrial maintenance experience (manufacturing or food processing preferred)
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment
