Mativ is seeking a Coating Operator for our New Berlin, WI facility. This is a day shift (6am-6pm) with an every other weekend rotation. You will operate the coating machine and ensure quality of the products produced.
Responsibilities include material checks, machine setup, chemical mixing, paperwork accuracy, safety, and basic maintenance within the Coating Production area. Team collaboration and adherence to ISO guidelines are essential.
