Your impact
Picture this: your line starts smoothly, materials are staged, and parts move with rhythm. You notice a small fault, make a quick correction, and keep output on target—all while upholding safety and order. That’s the cadence of this role.
Run automated transfer line equipment to plan and takt.
Monitor production flow and drive efficiency.
Address minor machine interruptions and basic faults promptly.
Keep materials and the work area meticulously organized.
Follow production and safety procedures every time.
Step up for overtime when production needs rise.
What you’ll need to succeed
Reliable attendance and punctuality you can set a clock by.
Solid basic mechanical aptitude.
Comfort working in a fast-paced, physical environment while managing multiple tasks.
Manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred.
