The Thermoforming Setup Operator is responsible for setting up and operating vacuum and pressure forming machines and related equipment.

• Operate a vacuum/pressure forming machine, band saw, die cutter, and other related equipment for fabrication.
• Read and interpret blueprints.
• Use precision measuring devices such as calipers, verniers, and micrometers.
• Document production steps.

Working hours:

3:00 PM - 11:00 PM

• 3 years of machine operating experience.

• High School

• 1-4 years

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Mechanical aptitude and understanding of manufacturing processes.
• Ability to read blue prints.
• Basic math and computer skills.
