Manufacturing Lead Pay:
$23-29/hr. (based on experience)
Shift:Days 6:50a-7p (4 days on, 4 days off rotating schedule)
Description:- We are seeking Manufacturing Leadsfor a plastics packaging company in New Berlin, WI to lead teams of 10-15 people and collaborate with other plants.
- HS Diploma or equivalent; must be 18 years or older
- Minimum of 1+ years of experience with supervision responsibilities in a manufacturing setting.
- Ability to manage teams up to 15 people and collaborate with additional plants and departments.
- Act as back-up to Shift Supervisor/Manager
- Train and mentor front line employees
- Coordinate breaks and ensure shift coverage at all times
