Manufacturing Automation Line Operator

Felss Rotaform seeks dependable, mechanically inclined professionals to operate automated transfer lines in our modern facility.

Status: Full-Time |
Shifts: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd available

• Operate automated transfer line equipment to meet production goals.
• Monitor throughput and machine performance; keep lines running efficiently.
• Address minor interruptions and basic equipment faults promptly.
• Maintain orderly material staging and a clean, organized workstation.
• Adhere to all production standards and safety protocols.
• Support overtime needs as required.

• Consistent, reliable attendance and on-time habits.
• Basic mechanical aptitude.
• Strong organization and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Comfort in a fast-paced, physically active environment.
• Preferred: prior manufacturing or machine operation experience.
