Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Linden Grove New Berlin
Linden Grove New Berlin, an Illuminus community, is a senior living facility offering assisted living, memory support, short‑term rehabilitation, and long‑term skilled care. We're hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide prescribed medical treatment under the general supervision of a registered nurse and to deliver holistic, transformative care to our residents.
Position Details- Full‑time or Part‑time
- Shift options: AM or PM
- Pay: $27.00–$33.00 per hour, based on experience
- Shift differential for PM shifts
- Eligible for sign‑on bonus
- Prescribe medical treatment under RN supervision.
- Assist residents with daily living activities.
- Monitor resident health and report changes to RN.
- Provide compassionate, holistic care.
- Current Licensed Practical Nurse credentials and license in Wisconsin.
- Active CPR certification.
