**** Join us as our new Quality Operations Specialist II
** If you’re looking for a quality role where you can be visible, engaged, and actively solving problems, this is the opportunity for you.  We are looking for a trusted partner who is hands-on, highly interactive, and focused on partnering with production to ensure safe, compliant food and feed Bio Solutions.
** In this role you'll make an impact by:
*** Being present on the manufacturing floor, supporting production teams with day-to-day quality questions and problem solving.
* Conducting GMP inspections and walkthroughs, identifying issues early and helping drive practical solutions.
* Coordinating and supporting customer complaint investigations, working cross-functionally to identify root cause and corrective actions.
* Helping resolve deviations and nonconformances by partnering with operations, maintenance, and quality colleagues.
* Supporting a regional quality team, gaining exposure to multiple production sites and processes.
** To succeed you must hold:
*** Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Chemistry, Engineering, or a related field
* 3-5 years’ experience in quality assurance
* Strong understanding and background in SAP
* HACCP Certified, PCQI Certification is a bonus
* A natural problem solver who enjoys understanding how processes work and how to improve them
* Strong communication and collaboration skills, especially when working with production teams
* Comfort working in a GMP manufacturing environment and on the production floor
