This position is for Full-Time Day Shift scheduled within typical store hours (Overtime and weekends as needed).

Store hours:
Monday - Friday 7:00 am - 5:00 pm. Saturday & Sunday:
Closed.

The Pittsburgh Paints Co. is seeking dependable, customer-focused team members to join as Store Sales and Delivery Driver
. In this dual role, you’ll assist customers in-store with product selection and color matching, while also ensuring timely and safe deliveries. If you’re a reliable team player who enjoys both driving and supporting store operations, this is your opportunity to grow with PPC.

• Deliver excellent customer service and resolve issues efficiently.
• Learn PPC brands and assist customers with product recommendations.
• Tint and color match products to customer specifications.
• Transport products from our store to customers.
• Follow all safety protocols, including pre‑trip vehicle inspections.
• Complete delivery paperwork accurately and on time.
• Support general store operations as needed.

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must possess a valid, unrestricted driver’s license issued by the state in which the position is based with a satisfactory driving record.
• Ability to routinely lift 40-60 pounds and occasionally up to 80 pounds.
• Frequent stooping, kneeling, crouching, lifting, reaching, and carrying required.
• Availability to work overtime and occasional Saturdays.
• Ability to perform duties independently with minimal supervision and follow written and verbal instructions.
