Part-Time Showroom Coordinator

Department:Showroom Location:New Berlin, WI

As a Showroom Coordinator, you will become a flooring product expert, work directly with our customers with the expectation of providing the best customer service experience in flooring. A background in flooring is preferred, but not mandatory.

• Ensure the showroom is open on time
• Handle customer walk-ins with joy
• Answer all phone calls – Avoid voicemail
• Help customers with product selection, take payments and schedule appointments
• Keep the showroom clean and organized
• Any miscellaneous tasks given by manager

• Professional appearance
• Possess interpersonal skills to relate to customers and solve issues
• Ability to multitask with different, sometimes conflicting events happening at same time
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with others
• Reliable and excellent attention to detail
• Ability to be persuasive with customers when necessary
• Be able to work 20-25 hours per week (2-3 weekdays until 5pm and every other Saturday, 10am-4pm)
• Valid driver’s license
• Must pass drug test, background check and motor vehicle check
