Foreman Electrician

NEXT Electric, LLC seeking full-time Commercial Electrical Foreman in New Berlin, Wisconsin.

Job Summary

• Supervises and coordinates activities of assigned craft workers, plans labor requirements.
• Interprets specifications, blueprints, and job orders as needed for area of supervision.
• Confirms completion & documentation of project Daily/Weekly/Monthly safety activities reporting.
• Inspects quality and quantity of finished work to ensure conformance to specifications.
• Interprets company policies to workers enforcing safety regulations, and proper care for tools and equipment.
• Analyzes and resolves work problems.
• Complies with all company and customer safety policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• 6-10 years recent commercial electrical or related experience
• 3 years electrical supervisory experience
• Current Wisconsin Journeyman Electrician License
• OSHA 10 or ability to obtain
• Knowledge of NEC and Electrical Theory
• 70E NFP Certification or related awareness training preferred, not required
• Successfully pass pre-employment (post offer) background check, drug test, and MVR check when responsibilities require operating motor vehicles.
