Job Description

The role involves diagnosing and repairing a variety of home appliances—including refrigerators, washers, dryers, dishwashers, and microwaves—by driving to multiple customer homes daily. You will deliver excellent customer experience, provide value‑added solutions, maintain company equipment, and perform any other duties as assigned. The position is full‑time with variable and flexible hours, including overtime.

Responsibilities
  • Drive to multiple customer homes daily to diagnose and repair a variety of home appliances with high quality and efficiency.
  • Deliver excellent customer experience that exceeds expectations consistently.
  • Provide customers with value‑added solutions that help make their home cleaner, more comfortable, and more protected.
  • Keep the company truck well‑maintained & organized, and help manage parts efficiently.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements & Qualifications
  • High school diploma or general education degree.
  • Mechanical knowledge and aptitude, including use of testing & repair tools.
  • Experience repairing and diagnosing a variety of home appliances (preferred).
  • Can follow directions and processes for quality workmanship.
  • Can use a smartphone, including for part ordering.
  • Successfully passes a background & drug screen.
  • Valid driver’s license for the state(s) in which you work.
  • Ability to travel up to 100% of the time.
  • Ability to work variable and flexible hours, including required overtime.
  • Ability to read, understand, and apply written technical text.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to read, write, and speak English.
  • Physical requirements:

    frequently lift, carry, push, or pull up to 20 lbs (often 50 lbs; occasionally 100 lbs); reach, bend, squat, kneel, twist, turn, stoop, climb, and crawl; drive an automatic‑transmission vehicle; occasionally reach above shoulder.
