As a Field Service Technician, you’ll play a key role installing, supporting, and maintaining automated machinery at customers facilities. When not traveling, you’ll assist with technical support, system assembly, and preparation in the shop. Wage base on experience. • Install, commission, and support automated equipment at customer facilities
• Assemble, wire, and test machinery in‑house before shipment
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and control issues
• Perform system calibration, setup, and performance checks both on‑site and remotely
• Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics
• Use PLC and HMI systems for troubleshooting and minor program adjustments
• Work with motion control components, including servos and VFDs
• Collaborate with engineers and project teams to improve system performance
• Provide clear technical support and training to customer personnel
• Maintain detailed service documentation and communicate findings effectively
• Represent the company with professionalism and have excellent customer service.

• 3+ years of experience as a Field Service Technician (industrial or automation preferred)
• Understanding of PLC/HMI systems (Allen‑Bradley, Siemens, or similar)
• Knowledge of industrial communication protocols (Modbus, Profibus, etc.)
• Strong mechanical aptitude and electrical troubleshooting ability
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel out of state.
• Limited travel (approximately 20% out of state)
