Because we are growing, we are looking for an Experienced Drain Technician to join our team.

* Pay $18-$30 per hour based on experience

What You'll Do:

* Provide excellent customer service

* Locate and diagnose problems, assess the extent of repairs and describe options and associated costs to the customer. Provides a description of diagnosed problems to customer in terms that can be understood with options, as possible.

* Completes all required documentation on services, explains guarantees/warranties and records.

* Unclog and clean sewers and drains for customers

* Keep your company truck clean (inside and out), maintain inventory, and properly complete paperwork.

* Comply with service standards, work instructions and customers' requirements.

* Participate actively in all training exercises, continued education, morning meetings, trade shows and retreats.

What You Bring:

* Mechanically Inclined and Possess a Basic Knowledge of Plumbing

* Some drain experience preferred, but not required.

* Be Coachable - Willing to Learn and Grow

* Personable and professional with a knack for diffusing messy situations.

* Strong written and verbal communication skills.

* High integrity and a Contagious Positive Attitude with the strong desire to be better tomorrow than you are today.

* Safety Minded with a valid driver's license and insurable driving record

* Proven Attendance Record and must be able to pass drug screen and background check.

Physical Requirements and Work Environment:

* Ability to lift and/or carry up to 50-75 lbs.

* Ability to frequent stoop, kneel and crouch to work in tight spaces.

* Ability to climb and work from ladders.

* Must be able to work in both extreme heat and cold, as well as adverse weather conditions.

* Must be able to push, pull, and carry heavy equipment.
