Refinisher Lead

Experienced Flawless Flooring Refinisher Lead $50,000- $80,000 / year

Department:Installer Location:Flawless Flooring LLC – New Berlin, WI

We are looking for a motivated Flooring Refinisher to join our company. As our Refinisher, you will be responsible for sanding, staining, applying finish and performing buff & coats to hardwood flooring. Refinishers will travel to various refinish projects throughout the week. You will be interacting with customers daily.

To be successful in this role, you will need to be organized, efficient, and self-motivated. You will be interacting with our customers daily and having patient and respectful behavior is a must as you are representing our Flooring company.

• Buff & coat, sand, stain and finish
• Use and maintain hand tools, power tools, floor sanders and edgers
• Maintain clean work area at all times
• Document operational activities

• Physically able to move items up to 75 lbs or higher
• Possess interpersonal skills to relate to customers and solve issues
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with others in any situation
• Ability to multitask with different, sometimes conflicting events happening at the same time
• Ability to relay information in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to be persuasive with customers when necessary
• Reliable and excellent attention to detail

• Must be able to work after hours and over weekends if necessary to complete projects on time
• The job environment is fast-paced and results‑orientated
• Be able to drive a company vehicle and possess a valid driver's license
• Must pass drug test, background check and motor vehicle check
