• Safely operate company trucks and equipment (tractor‑trailer, straight truck, forklift)
• Lead and assist crews with packing, loading, and unloading
• Complete required logs and move paperwork
• Provide excellent customer service at every job site
• Maintain and inspect vehicles, tools, and equipment
• Navigate efficiently using maps/GPS

• CDL License
  
  Required:
  
  Class A or Class B Commercial Driver's License and a clean driving record
• High School Diploma or Equivalent:
  Preferred but not required
• Communication
  
  Skills:
  
  Ability to interact effectively with team members and customers
• Organization & Time Management:
  Keep your deliveries and paperwork on track
• Basic Math
  
  Skills:
  
  For inventory and data entry tasks
• DOT Knowledge:
  Familiarity with regulations and compliance is a plus

  Handle challenges and follow instructions with confidence
• Physical Requirements:
  
  Ability to lift and carry items up to 50 lbs., occasionally up to 100 lbs., and handle fragile packages safely
• Adaptability to varying weather and work conditions
• Attention to Compliance:
  Follow Uni Group agency policies, safety procedures, and DOT regulations

• All employees must pass a background check and drug test upon hiring
• Employees will participate in our random drug testing program throughout their tenure
