Purchasing & Receiving Clerk

• Create, issue, and track purchase orders in Service Titan's Inventory module
• Order materials, equipment, and supplies for jobs, warehouse stock, and truck replenishment
• Maintain vendor relationships, request quotes, and compare pricing for cost savings
• Follow up on backorders, delays, and shipping issues and communicate changes to dispatch or project managers
• Monitor reorder points and min/max levels to prevent stockouts and overstock

• Receive, inspect, and verify deliveries against purchase orders and packing slips
• Receive items into Service Titan promptly and accurately, and document shortages, damages, or incorrect shipments
• Coordinate returns, credits, and warranty claims with vendors

• Label, organize, and shelve materials in the warehouse
• Maintain accurate warehouse and truck inventory in Service Titan
• Process transfers between the warehouse, trucks, and job sites
• Perform regular cycle counts and annual physical inventories, and investigate discrepancies
• Stock and restock technician trucks per established truck templates
• Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and organized

• Match vendor invoices to purchase orders and receipts, and resolve discrepancies
• Work with accounting on bill entry, vendor statements, and job costing accuracy
• Make sure materials are tied to the correct jobs, so job costs and invoices are accurate
• Keep vendor, pricebook, and material records current, including cost updates
