Surgical Services Director; RN

Join a respected nonprofit hospital in Eastern North Carolina as Director of Surgical Services and oversee a program that is poised for growth. Located about 35 minutes from historic New Bern, this role offers the opportunity to combine professional leadership with an incredible quality of life!

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct operations for OR, Cath Lab, SPD, Pre-op/PACU, and Echo

• Implement strategies for growth with new surgeons and technology

• Standardize workflows to improve OR throughput and quality metrics

• Lead an experienced management and supervisory team

• Oversee the rollout of a new robotic surgery program

Qualifications:

• BSN required;
  Master’s preferred (MHA, MBA, MSN)

• 3+ years perioperative leadership experience

• Strong communication and change management skills

• Active RN License – State of NC

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary up to $160K annually + annual Director level bonus incentive up to 10%, based on performance
