Be the friendly first point of contact for customers booking service, repairs, and installations.

Answer inbound calls, schedule appointments, follow up with customers, and coordinate with the team in the field. If you love organizing chaos and making people's day a little easier, this is your role.
What We're Looking For- 2+ years of customer service experience (home services, trades, or call center a plus)
- Strong phone, email, and computer skills
- Great attitude and attention to detail
