At Easterseals PORT Health (ESPH), our mission is rooted in empowering individuals and strengthening communities. We are seeking a passionate Child First Clinician to provide supportive, family‑centered care for children and families impacted by mental health challenges in Carteret and Craven Counties, NC.

• Provide home‑based psychotherapeutic intervention with young children and their caregivers using relational, dyadic psychotherapy (CPP) and other modalities.
• Partner with a Family Resource Partner to engage families referred to the Child First home‑based intervention.
• Strengthen the caregiver‑child relationship to serve as a protective buffer against stress and facilitate the child’s emotional, language, and cognitive growth.
• Use trauma‑informed CPP, a relationship‑based, dyadic, parent‑child treatment model focused on primary attachment relationships.

• Full or provisional license as an LCSW (A), LPC/LCMHC (A) or LMFT (A).
• Minimum 3 years’ experience working psychotherapeutically with culturally diverse children and families, including parent‑child therapeutic work and play therapy with very young children (0‑5 years).
• Valid driver’s license, good driving record and current auto insurance.

• Competitive salary: $60,000 to $69,000 for this full‑time exempt position.
