Advanced Emergency Medical Tech - EMS Transport at Carolina East Health System. Role provides emergency medical care and transportation for patients. Performs departmental duties for Carolina East Health, the EMS Department, and the EMS Manager.

• Provides emergency medical care and transportation for patients.
• Performs departmental duties for Carolina East Health, the EMS Department, and the EMS Manager.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current North Carolina EMT-Intermediate credentialing.
• Current AHA BLS.
• Certification. ACLS and PALS or successful completion within six months of hire.
• Obtain PHTLS certification within two years from hire date.
• Valid North Carolina driver's license with good driving record.
• Demonstrate ability to drive an ambulance safely and efficiently.
• Obtain EVOC training within one year of date of hire.
• One year of experience at the EMT-Intermediate level, with a paid or volunteer rescue organization.
• Deliver outstanding customer service that upholds Carolina East's Standards of Excellence.
