• Provide hands‑on assistance, encouragement, mentoring, and guidance to individuals with mental, intellectual, developmental, and physical disabilities.

• Assist with daily living tasks such as moving around, getting in and out of bed, dressing, bathing, toileting, and personal hygiene.
