- Two to three years in a hospital registration department or medical office setting required.
- Bookkeeping, computer use, and office machine knowledge.
- Selected candidate must obtain CPAT (Certified Patient Account Technician) within 18 months of employment.
- Type 45 words per minute.
- High school diploma required, Associate's degree in Medical Office Technology, Business Administration, or related strongly preferred.
- Deliver outstanding customer service that upholds Carolina East's Standards of Excellence.
