Overview

Technical Trainer – New Bern, NC | Full-time

• Assist the Customer Service Technical Training Manager with the day-to-day running of the Technical Training Department.
• Provide the necessary information and training to enable our (RNA) Customer Service Personnel and Service Agents to repair our appliances and resolve customer issues.
• Contribute to the design and delivery of new training programs and solutions to drive improvements in customer service, efficiency and costs.

• Facilitate technical training at BSH sites and other venues.
• Participate in the development of technical training courses according to organizational requirements.
• Prepare training materials for training events as needed.
• Procure external trainers to provide specialist courses beyond BSH's catalogue.
• Maintain the technical training library developed by the Technical Training Manager (TTM).

• Associate degree – Required
• Bachelor’s degree – Preferred
• 3-5 years of experience in training – Required
• 5-7 years of experience in training – Preferred
• Comprehensive domestic appliance knowledge
• Electromechanical knowledge
• Travel percentage – up to 40% (domestic and international travel)

• Pay range: $63K – $84K
• Incentive Plan:
  Annual Bonus
• Incentive Target: 3%
