The retail division of Goodwill Industries of Eastern North Carolina, Inc. (GIENC) is responsible for generating the revenue necessary to support the organization's mission. The Employment Program Manager (EPM) is part of a co-management and leadership team found throughout the organization s 41 Employment Program Centers. The EPM is tasked with meeting budgeted sales and production goals and may supervise up to 12 staff members.

This is an exempt position and often requires weekend work.

• Co-manage and lead within the organization s Employment Program Center network to support mission delivery.
• Meet budgeted sales and production goals.
• Supervise up to 12 staff members.
• Ensure alignment with the organization s values and ethics, foster a robust safety culture, and provide excellent service to donors.

• Minimum of one year of supervisory experience (experience in a retail and/or production environment is a plus).
• Valid North Carolina Driver s License (NCDL) required.

• Salary: $45,000 per year
