Dish Assembler I — 1st Shift
New Bern, NC / Full-time

• Maintain awareness of BSH safety guidelines
• Adhere to BSH safety guidelines by wearing and utilizing required PPE
• Understand and participate in 5S process
• Assemble a variety of home appliances or sub-assemblies on an assembly line to meet prescribed specifications
• Perform all required job functions in a safe manner consistent with plant safety standards and report any problems immediately to a Team Leader or Production Supervisor
• Meet or exceed time standards for the particular operation
• Perform required paperwork such as quality checks for the operation
• Perform necessary material handling duties
• Perform line/product changes in accordance with the BOM or preventative maintenance required by the operation
• Work with fellow associates daily to discuss operation and safety issues
• Perform all other duties as assigned

• High School Diploma or GED
• 0-2 years of assembly or similar manufacturing experience
• Ability to learn 5S
• Manufacturing background in related area
• Ability to cross-train
• Effective communication with all associates
• Basic measurement instruments and machine control knowledge if required for the working area

The pay range posted is based on the location noted in the posting title. Exact compensation may vary based on skillset and work location. If the position is bonus or incentive eligible, payments may range from 0% to 200% of target as detailed in the plan document.
