• Schedule and conduct sales appointments with potential customers in their homes, explaining Orkin’s products and services.
• Perform thorough inspections of the interior and exterior of the customer’s property.
• Utilize training to recommend the best pest solutions tailored to customer needs.
• Present sales proposals, address questions, explain processes, and set clear expectations.
• Complete paperwork efficiently using provided devices (iPad) for accuracy and speed.
• Meet sales performance goals through leads and new business development.
• Be a key member of the Sales team.
