Special Events Warehouse and Equipment Delivery and Maintenance

Occasions to Celebrate is seeking a Special Events Equipment Warehouse, Delivery, and Maintenance Supervisor. We are a special events business with jobs small and large. You will be a vital part of what we do and you will get to work at many different venues with many different people. This will be an exciting position for the right person.

• Keep rental equipment inventory clean, in good working order, and organized; maintain and repair equipment as needed.
• Keep warehouse clean, organized and well maintained; ensure inventory counts are current and report damage or shortages immediately.
• Pull orders and deliver rental equipment to and from events; set up as necessary.
• Drive larger vehicles; maintain a valid driver s license and a good driving record.
• Interact with clients with good communication skills and professional demeanor.
• Be flexible with availability and daily duties as event scheduling changes; some after-hours pickups required.

• Basic mechanical knowledge; ability to lift heavy equipment (tables, chairs, etc.).
• Comfort with ladder work; sky-jack certification is a plus.
• Experience with tent setup and dance floor installation is helpful but not required.
• Strong organizational skills.

• Must have a valid driver s license and be comfortable driving larger vehicles.
• Ability to work without a set schedule; weekend availability required.
