Warehouse Clerk

Overview

• Track product shipping errors and conduct daily research for individual bottle pulls and full cases.
• Utilize the company’s technological tools to verify the accuracy of inventory shipped.
• Provide regular proactive updates so management is well informed regarding all open issues with inventory.
• Adjust records when there are discrepancies between actual product and records.
• Count all types of products in the warehouse to ensure inventory records are accurate.
• Identify and propose solutions for inventory issues and resolutions, such as out-of-stock inventory, damages, and discrepancies.
• Prepare various inventory-related reports.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Management.

• High School degree or equivalent required
• 1-3 years of inventory control experience preferred
• Previous experience with warehouse management systems highly preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products, especially Word, Excel and Outlook
• Knowledgeable of AS400 a plus
• Strong math skills
• Ability to safely lift 40-60 lbs repeatedly
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Experience with warehouse equipment (forklift, cherry picker, etc.) preferred
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and highly organized
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment and handle multiple tasks at once
• Must have flexibility with schedule to work earlier or later based on business needs

Candidate must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and a criminal background check.
