Location & Shift

New Bern, NC – Full‑time, 1st Shift (First)

Your Responsibilities
  • Perform and sustain warehouse functions related to receiving, material handling, inventory control and customer service processes.
  • Control warehouse inventory by coordinating the movement of product from receiving to warehouse to production to shipping.
  • Manage and develop optimal warehouse processes to support uninterrupted manufacturing.
  • Act as a point of contact for projects, including coordination of the warehouse, and support process reviews and improvements.
  • Be responsible for SAP cut‑overs and act as an SAP key user; provide training and support tracking.
  • Support safety: promote a safe workplace, use tools safely, and follow PPE rules.
  • Ensure quality: demonstrate commitment and actions to ensure quality of parts and end product.
  • Follow written or oral instructions and meet unit quality and productivity metrics.
  • Support proper receiving, shipping, handling, distribution and storage of all freight, product and supplies.
  • Verify customer accounts and act as point of contact for customer‑service needs.
  • Ensure all production orders are shipped to customers in a timely manner in adherence to delivery schedules.
  • Communicate all delays or variances in inbound/outbound freight.
  • Maintain accuracy with inventory levels to meet internal and external demand.
  • Assist with planning warehouse layout and space requirements to achieve full optimization.
  • Process goods receipts of parts, components and raw materials; verify, label, and document receipts.
  • Use SAP to support inventory control and warehouse documentation.
  • Support receiving and distribution of indirect materials; ensure accurate stock locations and online data entry.
  • Safely operate material handling equipment, including electronic mechanical scales and forklifts (certification required).
  • Perform cycle and inventory counts; investigate discrepancies, identify root causes, and resolve issues using SAP.
  • Assist in identifying and removing obsolete parts.
  • Coordinate customer service: service‑part coordination, picking, shipping, and issue research.
  • Investigate problems, find root causes, and develop solutions; lead cross‑functional problem‑solving teams (8D, 5

  • Research and correct SAP and manufacturing errors (e.g., back‑flush, SM35).
  • Monitor ECO changes and coordinate use‑up of inventory.
  • Optimize storage locations and maintain WM material master data.
  • Support process reviews and implementation of new processes.
  • Act as team leader in training for future opportunities and lead when TLs are unavailable.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned.
Your Profile (Qualifications)
  • Associate degree – Preferred
  • 3‑5 years of general experience – Required
  • Forklift certification (required)
  • Proficient with SAP for receiving, processing, and storing materials
  • High knowledge of warehouse processes, labeling standards, and shipping procedures
  • Excellent communication, detail orientation, and ability to multitask with minimal supervision
  • Ability to plan and allocate resources effectively
  • Physical strength to lift and move objects up to 75 lbs
  • Understanding of OSHA and hazardous material loading requirements
Pay & Benefits

Pay range: $22.17 - $30.58 per hour, location based. Annual bonus incentive target: 1% of target compensation. Full‑time employee benefits include:
