$50,000.00/yr - $60,000.00/yr
Key Responsibilities- Perform general ledger (GL) accounting tasks, including journal entries and account reconciliations
- Prepare and analyze bank reconciliations on a monthly basis
- Process accounts payable (AP) transactions, including vendor invoice coding, payment processing, and vendor communication
- Assist with the month-end close
, including accruals, reconciliations, and preparation of financial reports - Ensure all financial data is recorded in accordance with company policies and GAAP
- Support internal and external audits as needed
- Maintain accurate and organized documentation for all accounting activities
- Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments to ensure proper financial reporting
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 1–3 years of accounting experience, preferably in a corporate environment
- Solid understanding of GAAP and basic accounting principles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
- Experience with Net Suite is a strong plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with ERP systems, particularly Net Suite
- Exposure to month-end and year-end closing procedures
- Familiarity with multi-entity or multi-currency environments a plus
