Accounts Payable Clerk Responsible for processing accounts payable invoices accurately and efficiently, maintaining organized records, and supporting daily accounting operations for a local oil supplier.
Pay Rate:$25.00 hourly
Location:
New Braunfels
Schedule:
Monday - Friday from 8:00am - 5:00pm
- Collect, organize, and enter invoices into accounting software.
- Obtain required approvals before processing invoices.
- Prepare weekly accounts payable checks.
- Record ACH/EFT payments in the accounting system.
- Apply appropriate general ledger (GL) codes to invoices.
- Maintain accurate and organized scanned documents.
- Assist team members with additional accounting duties as needed.
- Must be able to pass a background and drug screen
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and computer applications.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good time management and organizational skills.
- Willingness to learn accounting procedures and new responsibilities.
- Positive attitude and ability to work collaboratively.
