Pay Rate: $26.00/hr

Shift: 8AM to 5PM

Our client is a family company with over 70 years of experience in the paving and striping construction industry.

• Prepare and process invoices related to construction projects, ensuring accuracy and compliance with contract terms.
• Track project expenses and reconcile accounts to maintain accurate financial records.
• Coordinate with project managers and vendors to resolve billing discrepancies.
• Generate and review financial reports related to construction billing activities.
• Maintain organized records of transactions and documentation for auditing purposes.
• Assist in monitoring accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding payments.

• Proficiency with Deltek Computer Ease, Quickbooks, and tools commonly used in the construction industry.
• Strong understanding of construction billing processes, including progress billing and retainage.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Basic knowledge of accountancy prinicples and financial reporting.
• Excellent skills with Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets: must be able to utilize formulas, create pivot tables, and work with multiple users.
