A Typical Day

Minimum Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule and/or in multiple locations
  • Sales or marketing experience (optional)
What You’ll Bring To The Team
  • Answer phones and greet clients in a personalized, friendly, inviting manner
  • Match clients with the best‑suited tax professional for their needs
  • Schedule clients as they prefer
  • Ensure all client needs are met during service—both in person, over the phone, or virtually
  • Maintain office cleanliness and organizational resources with team members
  • Other duties as assigned
Your Expertise
  • Experience working in a fast‑paced environment
  • Previous customer‑service experience
  • Ability to multi‑task
  • Strong organizational and time‑management skills
  • Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office
