Responsibilities:

• Follow licensing guidelines and company standards to ensure daily care of every child; maintain a clean, organized classroom.
• Observe, assess, and plan for children; communicate effectively with families.
• Complete extensive training on childcare, preschool, and child development topics.

Qualifications:

• State and/or accreditation requirements for education and experience met.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.
