As a toddler teacher you will support young children’s growth by providing a safe, structured, and nurturing environment. You will guide daily routines such as meals, diapering or toileting, and rest while implementing age-appropriate activities that promote language, motor, social, and emotional development. Our Toddler teachers encourage positive behavior, help children build independence, observe and document progress, follow health and safety guidelines, and communicate regularly with families.
