Valor Healthcare is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Primary Care Physician to join our team in New Braunfels, TX
, a vibrant and scenic community nestled between Austin and San Antonio. In this role, you'll provide high-quality outpatient care to military veterans

As a Primary Care Physician, you will provide prescribed medical treatment and personal care services to patients with diseases and injuries seeking treatment in the clinic, as directed by physician or mid‑level provider. You will collaborate with the core PACT Team (Primary Care Provider, RN and Medical Assistant) and expanded PACT Team including family/caregiver, VA, and community‑based services involved in developing the patient care plan.

$260,000‑$280,000 base salary for well qualified candidates

• $15k recruitment incentive for highly qualified candidates
• Annual bonus plan equaling up to 9% of salary

• Average of only 10‑12 patients a day with PACT team support (RN, LPN, and MA) to support you.
